Purchase Application Form

This information needs to be collected in order for us to correctly transfer the property to you. This information will be recorded on the Deed. Please fill the information out the way you would like it to appear on all legal documents. For Example: If you go by Matt but your legal name is Matthew, you should put Matthew on the form. It will also be used in processing payments if a terms deal has been chosen.

**Terms & Conditions**
The down payment is FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. We ask that you DO NOT make a down payment until you are certain the property is what you want and have done your own Due Diligence. All information provided is deemed reliable but should be independently verified. Read through the entire section below before making a down payment.
 
Once a payment is made and the purchase agreement is received, you will receive your paperwork for review. Please complete the purchase agreement form as soon as possible to receive your digital and physical copies of the paperwork. We usually can have the property recorded with the county the same day if we receive the purchase application form before 2:00 pm. Digital & Physical paperwork will be emailed/mailed to you within 48 hours.
 
The down payment can only be made one time. Once it has been made, the property will not allow anyone else to secure it as it will show as out of stock. The image tile showing the property will update at midnight and the property will show as sold.
